Welcome to the 2013 Crew Leaders! Trey is in his second year as Trail Crew leader, and is transitioning from work with out Ridgerunner program. Kayah is a Carolina Mountain Club member and leader of the DRAFT Crew and Amy is returning to the east coast after leading crews in Flagstaff for the American Conservation Experience.

How does the S.W.E.A.T. Crew season work?

During the summer Crew season, S.W.E.A.T. volunteers meet professional trail crew leaders at the basecamp in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and hike into the backcountry for a week of work. The ATC pays for everything: your food, your tools, your saftey equipment. All you have to do is show up and have fun! Dates are posted below.
